How to build RTOS kernal for ARM processor

Hi all, I am begineer to this ARM technology.I am working in ARM92 processor.I select FreeRTOS for my ARM processor.But this is not directl support my ARM processor.It is support ARM966 processor.These both are i same ARM9E family.I want to build source codes of the ARM966 for m processor.But i dont know how to build it from ARM966.If anyone havin idea regarding about this plz suggest me or any procedure to build th kernal for our requirement.I am waiting for your result........

If you switch to Micrium's uCOS-II RTOS you can find a port for the the ARM9 on their web site.

There is a cost for commercial use but not for hobby or educational use.

I know your core is ARM926 - but which MCU are you using? Is it one from Atmel, NXP, ST, etc. or your own design?
