No. This is pure spam. Setup a shit site with nothing but google adverts, then spam to get people to the site. The OP gets paid a commission for each person that downloads the google pack. Of coarse this is against the terms and conditions set out by google, but naturally they don't care. Don't be evil - sheesh.
