FLIP software and Palm Pilot

Is there any software put out by Atmel (similar to FLIP) that will allow me flash RD2 or RC2 chips using a palm pilot.

Can I use the Flip 2.4 for Palm (if one exists - hint Atmel this would be a cool project ) to flash my existing chips.
