Copy WIN CE to DataFlash

Hi. I'm new in microcontrolers. I starting with AT91RM9200 board and Window CE 5.0(I must use Win CE). Unfortunetly I've cleared Win CE DataFlas card. I have copied DataFlashBoot.bin on 0x20000000 address. How can I cop image of Win CE to DataFlash? Should I copy some "boot" to DataFlash? Thank you for advice. Best regards Daniel Katana
