Description: The focus of this special session of International Conference on Information Technology: New Generation is on Embedded Cryptographic Systems. Of special interest are contributions that describe new methods and architectures for high performance embedded cryptographic systems.

Paper Submission: Papers should be original and contain contributions of theoretical or experimental nature, or be unique experience reports. Interested authors should submit a 6-page summary of their original and unpublished work including 5 keywords in the IEEE format. Electronic submission in the PDF or Word format is strongly encouraged. The length of the contribution is limited to 6 single-spaced double column IEEE format pages. Papers may only be submitted electronically in PDF, PS or MS-WORD to the session chairs with an e-mail at snipped-for-privacy@eng.uerj.br and/or snipped-for-privacy@eng.uerj.br.
Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings, which will be published by IEEE Computer Society. Extended version of accepted papers within this track will be edited as a book published by Nova Science, New York, USA. Authors of the best papers will be invited to submit an extended version of their papers for a planned special issue of Journal of Systems Architecture (JSA) of Elsevier.
