Acrosser PC104 CPU for $104

Acrosser is advertising a "special" of $104 for a fairly complete PC104 CPU with the STPC chip "Consumer II C4". In reading the data sheet, a very cryptic note says that this version of the CPU has a bug that prevents the floppy from working with Win95. It is not clear if this is the only OS that it will not support and/or if it can be corrected with a driver.

Anyone know anything about this?

I think that this is because the DMA verify command is not supported in that revision of the chip.
