I korthet: Oki Electric har utvecklat en gallium-nitrid transistor som tål

3-5 ggr högre spänning än gallium-arsenidtransistorer. Leverans 2008. Vilket kan göra så att 3G stationer sparar energi.

Ideer till andra applikationer som inte varit möjliga innan?
