- ściągasz datasheeta, sprawdzasz parametry

A na szybko? A1015 PNP 50V 150mA C1815 NPN j.w. i dobierz coś "z szuflady" BTW - a po datasheeta i tak sięgnij - TO92 mają chyba nietypowe wyprowadzenia.
