Tak, ale ne bezpośrednio. Musisz użyć konwertera RS232<->TTY. Jest parę schematów w necie. Nie jest to nic skomplikowanego. Od strony S5 do komunikacji użyte są pętle prądowa 20mA, a od strony PC wiadomo - RS232.
