A pobiera ? Moze to jest tyrystorowy regulator mocy biernej ? A moze reguluje obciazenie indukcyjne.

Zreszta powoduje zasilanie impulsowe, to moze nie nalezy nazywac moca bierna, ale straty powoduje podobne..
