To jest wyjątkowo mocny i szybki, jak na końcówkę odchylania poziomego, tranzystor. Byle czym go nie zastąpisz - sprawdź tutaj:

tej samej stronie sprawdzisz swoje BUH'y. Jeszcze trzeba znaleźć przyczynę padnięcia - bardzo rzadko jest nią sam tranzystor. Wmak
