ich suche ein Datenblatt zum 2SC5134 - Hersteller leider nicht bekannt. Diverse Suchmaschinen bleiben alle ohne Treffer...
(Das Teil ist in der Ausgangsstufe einer Klein-SPS, SMD-Leistungs- Transistor im DPAK, der Schaltung nach NPN.)

Hallo Tilmann,
Ich tippe mal auf Toshiba oder Hitachi. Leider haben beide die unangenehme Angewohnheit, Datenblätter von obsoleten Bauteilen nicht mehr auf dem Webserver zu lassen :-(( Ist auf dem Gehäuse noch ein Datumsstempel, so dass man weiss, wie tief man im Archiv wühlen muss??

...oder auch NEC.
Die sind in einer brandaktuellen SPS. Vermutlich nicht obsolet. Datumstempel ist keiner drauf, und außer dem "C5134" nur noch der Buchstabe Q sowie ein unterstrichenes Y.
