c'est I = I0 * ( exp(U/U0) - 1 ) [ce qui fait qu'il n'y a en fait pas de  

valide pour une LED ? Quand la tension est basse, on trouve I ? I0*U/U0.  


et I0 pour une LED (blanche) ?
