J'ai l'impression qu'on ne se comprend pas (?)

alors sa sortie sera sur son emetteur et non sur son collecteur.
Et il faudrait un PNP en darlington sur sa base pour
respecter la condition de phase du comparateur Q12.

Est-ce que R6/Q5 est un limiteur de courant ?

    La Zener ne stabilise pas le courant qui la traverse. Mais la
    tension aux bornes de D5/R7 est fixe, donc le courant qui traverse
    D5/R7 est aussi fixe parce que le courant de base du Darlington

    Je vais te le faire avec les doigts.

    Lorsque tu allumes le circuit, tu as un 0V en sortie. Q3 est passant



    La tension sur le doigt de R5 vaut alors Vz'+Vbe(Q3).

    Tu te retrouves donc avec une tension Vs (sortie du montage)

    (largement moins de 1 mA chez moi). Comme cette tension est
    constante, le courant dans D5 l'est aussi parce qu'il y a un Darlington

    courant dans Q4 impose une variation du courant de base de Q4 donc
