Bewijs dan eerst maar eens wie er waar stoort (zijn zeer zwakke signalen, dus ook de jammer hoeft niet veel te betekenen, laat staan makkelijk op te sporen). Zelfs afscherming valt niet zomaar aan te tonen, zonder politie-inval, ter voorkoming van verwijdering kort voor de inspektie.
