Farnell har kun SMD. RS har normalt det samme som Farnell

Mente at junction FET "startede" ved 0 Volt, ikke negativ som depletion. Hvad f.... er forskellen så.

Det skal jeg lige undersøge.

Fandt det her på nettet og der var lidt sandt i det jeg antog.

Junction FET (JFET)

I en n-kanal junction FET er der en åben n-kanal mellem drain og source. Kanalen indsnævres

ved at påtrykke en negativ spænding på gaten, som er forbundet til nogle p-lag, der ligger

omkring n-kanalen. [S&S, 1998, 447]

Depletion FET

En n-kanal depletion-FET fungerer på samme måde som en n-kanal JFET, blot med den forskel,

at kanalens bredde kan ændres i både positiv og negativ retning.

Ved VGS = 0 har kanalen en bestemt bredde, som bliver større ved VGS > 0 og mindre ved

VGS < 0.
