LVX4051 Spice Model

Posted to LTspice List and here...

Untested. I just ran a netlist on an old schematic of a LVX4051 re-design I did for Motorola-ON (~2000) to fit the device to using a Chartered process...

I begun to try. In LTSPICE it must be LEVEL=8 (BSIM3.3). But then the terchnology-parameters for the subcircuits (the variables in curly braces) are missing

Up to now I had a few runs with LTSpice as .OP, results seem to be ok.

Interesting will be a simulation wit .TRAN, when I have the time I will try.

Great! It should work. It's the real deal... the actual chip. The only thing I did was flatten the netlist to make it difficult to copy. (In hierarchical form it's trivial to understand :-) ...Jim Thompson
