Wireless shoe to bicycle motor power induction

Dear electronics design experts. I now propose a product you can cash in on:

An electric bicycle with no battery, just induction coils in the pedals. The person wears shoes with induction coils running at about 400 hz. A battery back pack or belt will power the bike wirelessly. The battery drives the shoes and magnetic fields jump over to the pedals without wires. This allows fast battery exchanges at gas stations, so the person can go on and on. The bike can be parked with no battery and battery exchanges are done at leisure without the bike. Secured electronics use frequency hopping of the 400 Hz so thieves are stumped or dumped. Authentication by the owner is a hardware battery dongle logic array.
