Time delay relay controlled by a remote potentiometer

I would like to find a time delay relay (12v would be fine), with delay value that could be controlled by a remote potentiometer. I want to mount relays on my control board, and the pot to mount on the control panel. Ability to switch 120V is a plus. Any ideas?

I need both time delay on and time delay off (for TIG gas control).

How about just yank the potentiometer out of a time delay relay that has one, and mount it on your front panel? Or mount the TD relay to the panel with the knob sticking out?

The delay on is not really required for manual TIG, you can tap the footpedal to start the gas while holding the torch away from the work, then start welding after gas flow is well started but before the delay off timer turns it off.
