The WIFI jammer re-visited

Gentlemen,

Regulars will recall I asked here a while back about wifi jammers which would only allow a smartphone access to one's WIFI network only when expressly permitted to do so and not whenever Google felt like it. Jeff kindly suggested one of these little beauties and I duly ordered one.

I didn't fancy building Jan's circuit as dealing with the practicalities of the strays and parasitics of a 2.4Ghz oscillator would be way beyond my pay grade. I suck at anything over 100Mhz TBH.

Anyway, it finally arrived from China and it works great! Here's a vid showing it in use:
