Well, it looks like your usual effort -- it's rife with grammatical errors to the point where it is going to be difficult for someone who doesn't already know the subject matter to understand, and at least two of your assertions that are unambiguous are also just plain wrong.
Perhaps you should spend some time learning how the actual circuits work, or build the circuits you talk about and test your assertions before you make them. Then either write in your native language, or if you're not going to do so, get a native English speaker to edit what you write for correct grammar and (in some cases) word choices.
