Profit ? Loss? How does this work?

They lookm like "pulls", (note the short leads) I wonder what they came out of, and why.

My guess would be that they are end of line spares for something and they want to clear the shelf space ASAP. Hence turning them into a small amount of cash sold at a massive discount is still better than paying someone to take them away for controlled disposal.

Used to be some good stuff at crazy prices in military surplus stores once upon a time - still is at surplus shed in the USA. Typically spare parts that have gone beyond their notional use by date or been scrapped.
