Printed Transistors?

No big deal, except we're talking printed on *paper*:

(n b I'm not a big one for watching videos rather than reading, but this shows images of the tech.)

It's just been invented so the individual transistors are huge, but the inventors have so far successfully printed solar cells and primitive displays on paper using a plain old inkjet printer using unspecified "stuff" instead of ink.

So, game-changer or curiosity that will die in the noise?

Hah, I posted a thread about that sort of thing some weeks ago. All the old fogies here laughed at me. That must mean I'm onto something. ;-)

Some of the stuff is new/different than what i first came up with when i was about ten. Printed circuits on paper, using pencil lines as conductive and resistive elements. Then again, i did not know WTF to do about making reasonable tubes, as that part did not suck...
