May I suggest to add:

Stepper motors for full automatic drawer movement PIR or ultrasonic sensor for activation Voice recognition for access Lightning if dark

It _is_ dark, as you can see, from the photo... I plan to add a spot overhead when the drawer is opened ;-)

As for movement, they are those nice "soft close" mechanisms. ...Jim Thompson

To discourage too much on the "honey do" list I suggest remote control, aut omatic lighting and somehow manage to use a four layer PC board in it. Voic e control would be good. And then scales to tell if something is missing. T hen she resets the house alarm when she goes out wearing something expensiv e.
