They say "Not for profit" and "Operating the most public leisure centres in London", among other things, in the top banner.
Are they a contractor, a public agency, ??? Maybe Graham can fill us in...?

Multi-cultural societies vary, and the laws of one can conflict with others. A few examples:
In California, there has been a law passed that school bathrooms are gender- neutral. So a biological male can declare he(she) is female, and enter the girl's bathroom. This would certainly conflict with Muslim norms, as well as many other groups.
In Qatar, if a Christian or Hindu expounds the benefits of his religion, he is immediately confined, photographed, fingerprinted, retinal scan, DNA sample. Then he is flown out of the country and told not to come back under pain of punishment which can include death.
There is quite a difference in attitudes of various groups towards "outsiders."
