OT: Tired of Winning?

Typical yank, they are the only sophisticated folks and know everything. In actual fact a good root or a green apple would probably do for our resident troll.

He's the President, and he won by the rules in the Constitution. The score was 304 to 227.

Hillary's people were fatheads and idiots, and she was a horrible manager. This is a great book:

It doesn't mean very much to me. The Right would tell any lie, file any number of fraudulent votes, manipulate any number of polling machines, collude with any foreign government, to get what it wants.

The 2020 elections are going to be the shitshow of all time. I plan to be in South America somewhere, personally. I'll send ya a postcard.

If you read some of professional keyboard-jockey and warmonger Kurt Schlichter's material (not this article specifically) you might understand what the "New Right" is planning for you. They're going to trap you in San Francisco and kill you all. And I doubt they'll be checking IDs.

It was while Chavez was alive. He used to go out on the street and talk wit h people. Listen to their gripes or whatever. Now that he is dead and the o il companies pretty much took over they have food riots n shit.

Chavez took a lesson from what happened to another South America country, I forget which one but the oil companies were holding back production to kee p[ the price up and they were starving. Chavez told them to go f*ck off, an d that is what earned him the ire of the US government, which works for the oil companies. They went so far as to go down there and kidnap Chavez, ins tall their puppet and regognize him immediately, but the People in Venezuel a found where Chavez was and broke him out, put him back in office and all was well and the new puppet government lasted about 48 hours.

Failing that, at the next election the US poured a ton of money into the ca mpaign of the challenger, can you say foreign influence on an election ? Th ey still lost. The Peole liked Chavez so much nobody could beat him.

They said he was a dictator, bullshit. They said he shut down a TV station because they were against him, but the truth is that what they did, if they did it here their FCC license would be gone by dawn. When there was a fore ign sponsored coup against the Chavez administration, the station which was pro US refused to broadcast the news about what is sort of an important ha ppening I would say. That is not operating in the public interest so their broadcasting license was not renewed. The US would have done the same thing .

They were more successful in Iran actually. The memory does not fade and th ey have good reason not to like us. they had elected a President, Mosadeq, who was fairly progressive and he wass not taken in by the deal with the oi l companies. He nationalized a bunch of the oio and that pissed off so,me b ig people. So the bully for hire, the US went in got him deposed ad somehow got the Shah's son installed as the new Shah. He was a butcher and about

24 years later the young people of Iran who had some balls got rid of the S hah whop fled to the west and was grated asylum. Unfortunately they followe d a theocrat and the country went somewhat backwards. The US CAUSED Khomeni to gain power in Iran.

The prisoners taken at the embassy would NEVER be released as long as Carte r was in office and Reagan is sort of credited with getting them back, but his major action was that his name was not Carter. Except for a couple of p eople who were actually spies, the prisoners reported no abuse, and when on e was ill they checked him out and found out that he really was ill and rel eased him. The Shah did not treat his prisoners that well to say the least.

So the bullshit started about Iran, they this and that. And the misquote, t hat President did not say to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth, he said to wipe the REGIME of Israel off the face of the Earth. What's more, knowi ng what I know, I agree. Israel needs a civil war badly.

I know this might be hard to believe for someone who watches mainstream PRO GRAMMING on the main media news shows, but it is true and can be checked ou t with international sources.

Venezuela was not the first South American country the US f***ed over obvio usly, but what many don't know that's why HFCS is so popular here, sugar is more expensive because the South Americans have a long memory. I short lis t of some of their incursions can be found in War Is A Racket by Maj Gen Sm edly P. Butler, one of the US' most decorated military Men. He turned sown a big promotion and retired because he was sick of doing it. Note the date if you decide to read it, this shit started in the early 1900s, possibly ev en earlier. Back then the issue wasn't really oil, it was food.

No problem, Climate Change will kill us all soon.

Maybe you'll get lucky and die of some tropical disease first.

Since we'll all die soon, there's no reason I can't have *two* morning buns for breakfast.

I think electric cars can sell on their economic merits alone you don't really need any government mandate or brave new world socialism to sell 'em.

Tesla is just stealing time and money from people who actually know what they're doing.

Hey I'm still in my 30s, maybe you're OK with writing it all off at this point but I kinda like it here on Earth for the moment

It won't. The only people who claim that (apart from Fred Bloggs) are imagi nary climate change enthusiasts being caricatured on denialist web sites. C limate change has already killed a few people, and if we keep on pushing up the CO2 level, it will kill quite a few more, but mostly in third world co untries that don't have a lot of spare food and fresh water to cover energe ncy situations.

John Larkin is at much greater risk from his other fatuous misconceptions.

Tropical diseases are moving further away from the equator as the climate w arms up - it's one of the more likely ways for climate change to kill a US citizen.

Not particularly sound logic. If you get too fat, you'll be more likely to die in the next emergency to hit California.

Are you married? If your wife said no to something you wanted to do would you go ahead and do it? In some cases they call that rape.

That's not obvious in the mainstream press. The quality of newspaper writing is horrible. And TV is now a competition to see who can shout the most obscenities.

"Liberal" "arts" education isn't working very well. Higher education has become a quarter-million-dollar sheepskin mill.
