NYC stands for New York City, not State.

Also there's a name for an "inductor" like Pease's that has a high large-signal impedance for high frequencies and also has a a high large-signal impedance for low frequencies as well it's called "a resistor." Except the cool thing about resistors is they don't usually widly distort your signal.

Recommend anyone tempted to use that circuit SPICE it first and check the performance on that into even a 1k load before putting it in anything real. Large-value floating inductors that can't actually source/sink appreciable current at low frequencies aren't useful; that's why there are so many papers/patents on the topic with topologies involving OTAs, current conveyors, and other more advanced things than just a couple V-V op amps.

Hold on here, i am White and I fully support educating Blacks, and anyone else who will take to it. Otherwise we have to shoot them later. Makes a mess.

So where is the histogram of spending per school district per head for the New York City school districts?

formatting link

The map does make it clear that - even within the city - some school distri cts spend a lot more than others. It covers the the period 2004 to 2012, wh en school spending went up quite a bit, but even in 2012 there was an area that spent less than $14,870 per head per student when the city average was $18,620.

In some previous years, some districts had got up to more than $20,000 per head per year.

New York State obviously includes richer and poorer school districts.

You are still in denial.
