Location: Ft.Worth, TX Rate: Open Duration: 4+ Months
Summary: Use formalized methodologies to collect, compile and present data and information gathered surrounding mobile device administration in the corporate environment. Using information gathered, construct a set of corporate mobility standards and /or policy documentation. Maintain corporate and vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics and budget.
Education/Experience o Bachelor degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. o 8-10 years experience required o Formal process and/or documentation training or certification a plus
Responsibility level o Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor o Facilitation of requirements gathering and process review sessions
0 Produce corporate documentation defining mobility solutions standards and policies o May oversee junior level business analystsSkills o Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required) o Strong ability to work independently and manage one=92s time (Required) o Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required) o Strong knowledge of requirements gathering techniques and techniques involved in the production of process maps, standards documentation and policy development. (Required) o Strong knowledge of software as a service, support for technology service offerings involving systems software and enterprise solutions (Required)
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: o Interview clients on use of mobility solutions and devices used in the organization and translate into requirements for a mobile device administration solution. o Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on device management solutions being evaluated by the enterprise o Prepare documentation regarding mobility solutions device provisioning standards, gold image development and testing, software distribution to mobile devices and policies surrounding the same. o Advise clients regarding the nature of the information processing or mobile device management needs o Advise management on current industry mobile device management solutions, principles and necessary updates and recommendations o Supervise the expansion or modification of requirements gathered to serve new purposes or improve work flow o Interview or survey workers using current mobile device management solution, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed o Train staff and users to work with mobility solutions specifically mobile device management solutions deployed in the environment
