Flowrate test for cooling induction heater coil

This pump should be enough to cool the induction heater coil:

Had some discoloration of the copper, this will allow for higher loads.

I don't think my induction cooker has water cooling... So I wonder why you have this heat problem already at this relatively low power.

By the way, I already had found out that slow cooking an egg produces the best result, once on a gas burner, when the container (gastankje) was almost empty. I just guess the fransoos was earlier. :)

If you melt solder in a container in the coil, as I did, then the generated heat colors the coil. It may be even worse with plutanium, aluminum, etc,

A carbon blanket was 12 $ or so on ebay. the pump much less. And the pump may come in handy for other experiments.

I once had one of those campinggas tanks / burners, used it for soldering copper tubing, put a new tank in, and it started leaking (bad rubber probably), and I had to take it outside and let the gas evaporate, and keep the neighbors away. I do not like gas. Trickity any time.

Changed nick again? ;-)

Still running Linux!

paneel is 80 W.

Nou ja, die cellen monitoren ;-) is dat nou echt nodig? ?? ;-) De RC lipos zijn 20x discharge en 2.2 Ah, dus 20 A ontladen moet kunnen.

google translate: Just added a fried egg on that thing , is much better. Go now looking for two 5.11 lipos , together with my current lipo in series for 3 x 11.5 V = 34.5 V are good. Then charging with the solar panel . Have an up converter ' ebay who should be able to :

panel is 80 W. Well, that monitor cells ;-) is that really necessary ? ?? ;-) The RC lipos are 20x discharge and 2.2 Ah , so 20 A discharge should be .

WOW! 11.5 becomes 5.11, google that is a BAD mistake!

Oops sorry, missed the translated part.

11.5, Google must have understood 11th of May, or May 11: 5/11.
