Fast Open-Drain Comparator?

Does Linear Technology make a _fast_ open-drain output comparator?

All I'm finding are around 1us+ I'd like

Fast comparator and a 2N7002. Get rid of the base resistor.

You specified LTC, so I figured you were simulating. In sim, just use an ideal diode.

Thanks, Joe! We got heavy rain last night, and power out for about an hour... but I slept right thru it ;-)

The model... 200+ lines, tables, limits, all the crap that I chide about :-(

I'd guess I can write a model that matches that behavior... in about

1/10th the lines, and all bounds done with TANH ;-)

After the job at hand I'll give that a try. ...Jim Thompson
