Can anyone identify this connector?

It's supposed to be a standard connector for TENS/NMES devices.

What I actually need is the panel mount jack that the Ebay item would plug into. I can't find it on Digikey, probably because I don't know what to call it. It doesn't look like it would be a standard barrel connector.

I think it's a safety banana plug like eBay # 161133243811.

The part with the yellow on the end? Looks a bit like a 5 mm power plug with a shroud over the outside. The two other connectors look like tip jacks. (same size a DMM probes.)

Hmm - I think you're right. I hadn't seen that both wires lead into the connector in question.

Yes, the two-conductor plug.

I sent the picture to Digikey, but they couldn't come up with anything they thought would work. So it's a mystery.

It is one of these, but of the "shrouded" variety.

Find the right dimensions, and you can find the right name to find the right jack.

Wrong. Just because it is a shrouded plug doesn't make it "safety", and if you look closely you can see that it is coaxial, as in TWO conductors, which meter leads are not.
