Help identifying IC, manufacturer logo

Any idea who the manufacturer might be ?

Also, the part. It may be a half H bridge (hi and lo side) MOSFET
driver.

Is it a conflated L & B , like this

rather than distorted Siliconix logo of the 80s

,  although Mos Power fits their output
