I am looking for a data sheet for a F7N02Z and have been unable to locate
using Google search. Any and

 Could it be Motorola's mmdf7n02z, a dual 20V 7A NMOS SO-8,
 introduced in 1997, and discontinued by ON Semi in 2003?
 This was one of their "EZFET" parts, with a monolithic
 back−to−back gate-ro-source zener diode.  They suggested
 Fairchild's fds9926A as a replacement.  It's similar and
 has the same pinout, but no gate zeners.  But its Rds(on)
 of 43 milliohms max with Vgs = 2.5V is pretty attractive.
