HAVE 1965 VINTAGE TUBED DRAKE SHORTWAVE RADIO. IT HAS A HUM ON LISTENING.THE HUM IS CONSTANT,AND THE SAME ON ANY BAND.CAN SOMEBODY GIVE ME A FIX PLEASE. THANX BOB

Check the power supply decoupling capacitors. These can generally be replced with accurate substitutes without affecting any other critical circuitry.
