Need Help Identifying Part

Hi, I need help identifying a surface-mount IC. It appears to be an SOT-143 package, is used as an RF amp in the 1-2 GHz region, and has markings variously of DA3,DA4,DA7,DT5, etc. The units that contain these amps were manufactured from around 1992 to 1998 or so. Here's a diagram (hope it survives posting).

GND __ _ OUT __|__|___|_|_ | | | | | | |_____________| |_| |_| IN CAP to GND

I've tried looking through the datasheets available online with no success. The unit uses known RF parts from Fujitsu, HP, and NEC. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I trust you know that this is likely to be a MMIC (Milli Metrewave Integrated Circuit) and that the 'cap to ground' is probably the V+ supply. These devices are usually 50 ohm in and out. Google for MMIC.

Sorry, in the diagram in the first post I forgot to note that the OUT pin is also +V.

GND __ _ OUT/+V __|__|___|_|_ | | | | | | |_____________| |_| |_| IN CAP to GND

MMIC's are very common in this kind of application and I've looked at MMIC's from NEC, HP, Motorola, Renasys, Philips, Infineon , MiniCircuits and others. This may be an obsolete/unsupported part at this point; I hope that someone has run across this before.
