Does anyone make....

Does anyone make such an after-market hands-free device for cell phones, for automotive use...

Speakerphone style preferred.

Doesn't have to be Bluetooth... I have no problem plugging it into my phone.

(I absolutely hate the usual Bluetooth earpieces ;-) ...Jim Thompson

Yep :-( New enough to have GPS mapping and navigation, but old enough that Bluetooth via the sound system wasn't yet standard. ...Jim Thompson

A lot of aftermarket GPS devices advertise Bluetooth/Hands free speakerphone capability. We've had one (Garmin something-or-other) since September, but not got around to installing more permanently and pairing it up with C's BB). Of course if you already have the fancy OEM Nav system you wouldn't want an aftermarket GPS.

Sure. The Parrot brand seems to be pretty good:

... will be installing it this weekend, if all goes well. (In Oregon here is becomes illegal on the 1st to not have a hands-free device for cell phones.)

Can you not get it as a retro fit from the dealer though?

I've had a couple of bluetooth hands free units now, the current one is a Nokia something that seems very good so far. I'll take a look at the model number if you're interested.

Speaker phone/vehicle side?

If so, yep, I'm interested.

I just did a GoTomeeting phone-in, using my LG V, sitting on the center console, in speaker-phone mode. OK, Just not quite loud enough. ...Jim Thompson

Let me know how it works out. Hands-free is supposed to be mandatory here in AZ, but everyone ignores the law ;-) ...Jim Thompson

How about the 'Jupiter Jack'? You can pick one up at Walgreen's. Jupiter Jack's online sales are flakey at best, and may be crininal where they double bill poeople.

Walgreens had it on sale a few weeks ago for about $10. It is a microphone & FM transmitter that plugs into your cell phone, then you slect one of the four channels and tune it in on your radio.

Nokia CK-7W. I'm happy with it but am considering one of the touch screen kits next so I can make calls easily.

You need a little wiring if it's to use your in car audio (new son in law territory if he's recovered form all the Christmas day food yet?), it can auto mute the radio/CD/whatever and/or switch to an aux input to send the phone audio through your in car speakers. Lots of in car audio has a 'phone' mode to work with this sort of kit.
